My goal is for you to feel completely taken care of — so you can be fully present for every single moment. I handle the details, the logistics, and the unexpected so that when your wedding day arrives, all you have to do is enjoy it.

Full Service Planning
Rates starting at $8,750
This package is for the couple who wants a full-time wedding planner overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend. This wedding planning package includes (but is not limited to) the following:
This package includes:
- Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
- Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
- Ceremony and Reception venue scouting
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
- Contract reviewing
- Vendor management
- Creation and execution of a design & decor plan
- Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
- Wedding favours & accessories
- General advice and consultation
- Unlimited meetings and coordination time
- Attendance at vendor meetings
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
- Unlimited time on-site with wedding planner
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Setup of wedding accessories such as guestbook, placecards, favours, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
- Providing a stocked emergency kit
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
- Coordination of decor tear-down
PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING
Rates starting at $4,750
This package is for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning or want to do some of the planning themselves however want help with the design vision. It allows the couple a hands-on role in their planning along with my professional assistance to guide them along the way.
This package includes:
- Creating a wedding planning checklist
- 3-5 pre-wedding consultations
- Venue site visit
- Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
- Vendor contract reviews
- Designing a venue floorplan
- Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
- Development of the design & decor plan
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
- Up to 12 hours on-site with your wedding planner
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
- Providing an emergency kit
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Month-of Coordination
Rates starting at $2,750
This package is for the couple who wants to plan the majority of their wedding, but needs a wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and facilitate the details on the wedding day so the couple can relax and enjoy their big day.
This package includes:
- 3 pre-wedding consultations
- Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
- Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
- up to 12 hours on-site with the wedding coordinator
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Setup of wedding accessories such as guestbook, placecards, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

Wedding Planning Consultation
Rate of $150
This 60-90 minute virtual service provides personalized consultations to guide clients throughout their planning process, offering tailored advice at the right time and place. This service is particularly beneficial for couples who are undecided about hiring a coordinator or planner, as well as those who prefer to plan and execute their event independently but require expert guidance.
This service is only offered between October-May.

As the day approaches, every detail is meticulously reviewed and every moving piece carefully orchestrated. Timelines are perfected, vendors are aligned, and logistics are seamlessly managed so that nothing is left to chance.

When the day arrives, as the guests of honor, you can fully immerse yourself in every embrace, every laugh, and every moment. Meanwhile, I'll be orchestrating everything behind the scenes, ensuring your celebration unfolds exactly as planned.
